Delivery services:

3. We are not responsible for lost mail. To prevent lost mail, you can opt for Reg Mail.

All our goods sold are non-refundable. No exchange will be made unless:
1.The colour of the product we delivered is not the colour customer has ordered.

Reservation:
1.Reservation of items is only valid upon receiving payment.
2.If you do not receive an invoice from us within 24 hrs, it means your item(s) is/are pending/sold.
3.Customers should make payment as soon as possible once they receive the payment details to avoid stock unavailability.
